Mens day. OK sure. Sounds like that Straight Pride day the babies are always whining about.
Five high school girls colluded to get a boy they just didn’t like expelled. Three leveled accusations, have since admitted none of them happened and they just didn’t like him. Lost his job, kicked off his baseball team, was under house arrest, spent time in lockup, and was dragged through multiple court proceedings. Made his life hell for a year. Source
One of the Kavanaugh accusers was literally quoted saying she did it for attention. She did it to impede the confirmation heatings and as soon as that failed she said it was all a lie. That she’d never even met the man. Source
The only people I ever see saying this, are feminists bitching about people saying it. But I’m open to being proven wrong, show me anywhere some is saying this with any kind of sincerity.
International men’s day isn’t about celebrating men. It’s about raising awareness of men’s mental health issues, suicide, and things like prostate cancer, which kills as many men as breast cancer does women.
Breast cancer gets an entire month, it’s centered around women despite the fact it kills men too. But people like you lose their god damned mind the moment something isn’t about women.
Considering your reaction gifs, I’m sure you go out an celebrate every male suicide you hear about.
Terfs: wombyn are their ovaries!!! Ovaries make a wombybybynnn. Accept that u are a womynbdgnn you have ovaries !!!!
Me, a trans man on the danger list for ovarian cancer and is going to get them removed in the distant or near future:
not for long
You’re still female whether you have ovaries or not lmao
You heard it here first folks!! Females are females regardless of whether or not they have ovaries, so trans women are women regardless of their lack them. Well said 🙂
You played yourself like a damn fiddle, fool
i love watching terfs run circles around their own logic:
“you need ovaries to be a wombyn!!!”
transman: guess who got that shit removed I’m a Real Boy™ now
“nO not like that you still have a uterus that makes you female!!!”
ciswoman who’s had a complete hysterectomy: guess i’m not a woman then
“tHAT”S NOT WHAT I MEANT if you have a vagina/vulva you’re female!!!”
transwoman who’s had bottom surgery: oooh i’ve got one of those does that mean i’m a Real Girl™ now??”
“NO YOU DON’T HAVE OVARIES OR A UTERUS”
literally everyone except terfs: *squints*
i especially love to person in the notes who brought up needing to have “female muscle/fat distribution patterns” like I have some incredible news for you about exactly what Hormone Replacement Therapy does…
People go into their 20s not knowing this??? I had this drilled into my head as young as TEN. And my first boyfriend wasn’t a “bad boy” he was a typical 4chan nerd (which is its own kind of bad. NEVER date someone just because they have the same interests as you).
Even though I’m still in my 20s I thought of a better advice – “Don’t judge by appearances. Even though someone, male or female, seems good, they might be pretending to be that way to hurt you later.”
Because “good men” and “husband material” men can ALSO be hiding a dark side or be not as “good” as they seem. And women can be nasty too, LBT women need to protect themselves as well.
Some guy today mentioned he was in a band to me and I watched him get visibly uncomfortable when I didn’t ask him anything about it. He kept trying to bring the conversation around to his band and I wasn’t budging.
POWER MOVE: Complete and utter disinterest in men’s obsession with their own mediocrity
Why the fuck did someone have to make this about gender? How is this mediocre?? Why is it so important to forcefully gloss over someone’s musical hobby? Yeah, some people are invested in their interests – one of my coworkers won’t shut up about her essential oils side hustle but I’m not gonna be an asshole just so I can be proud of myself on Tumblr.com. Jesus Christ, conversations aren’t battlefields.
maybe that guy was really excited about the band thing. maybe he just wanted to tell someone about it. but you just had to go and be rude, huh.
y’all are dicks and this is why people dont wanna be friends with y’all
OP doesn’t have any idea of how awful it feels for someone to be happily talking about something they’re passionate about and then getting this kind of reaction.
Even if you don’t give a fuck about him and his band, for the sake of being a polite person like everyone should be, ask him a couple of things, say “that’s so cool!” “What do you think of [related topic]?” “How many years have you been playing your instrument?”
It literally costs $0.00 to be kind with other human beings.
And as someone who infodumps a whole lot and was told during all elementary school to stop talking because no one cared about my hobbies or interests, seeing that there’s still people like that makes my heart ache.
OP would DEFINITELY have been the kind of person to have bullied me in middle-high school.
I was just a baby nerd who loved anime and games and wanted to introduce people to that stuff but people kept forcefully shutting me down with “nobody cares about your stupid Chinese cartoons stfu and act like a normal girl.” And my family members kept calling the things I liked “garbage” and said “this is why you don’t have friends” and wanted me to abandon my interests altogether.
When what I REALLY needed to learn was “not everyone likes the same things you, be more considerate of others feelings and only talk about your interests if they want to hear it.”
I think Tumblr would do well to learn that telling people who infodump that their interests are “garbage” IS NOT going to teach them that lesson.
“[equally bland fan appeal male character] is going to be the new onceler” hes not. no one will be. nothing is going to replicate what we experienced fresh and chaste in 2012.
“sans came close to the onceler” im sorry . did sans fandom go through a period that can be likened to “de-oncelerization,” when tumblr had reached maximum saturation of variations on the onceler listing in the hundreds and in order to differentiate them the artists collectively enforced a movement to depart from any likeness to the source material to the point that race, gender, bodytype, name, fashion, history, and personality need not bear any resemblance to still be recognized as the character? did sans fandom do that?
what i learned from this post is that the sans fandom DID do this and i somehow escaped knowing about it until 2018
