People go into their 20s not knowing this??? I had this drilled into my head as young as TEN. And my first boyfriend wasn’t a “bad boy” he was a typical 4chan nerd (which is its own kind of bad. NEVER date someone just because they have the same interests as you).

Even though I’m still in my 20s I thought of a better advice – “Don’t judge by appearances. Even though someone, male or female, seems good, they might be pretending to be that way to hurt you later.”

Because “good men” and “husband material” men can ALSO be hiding a dark side or be not as “good” as they seem. And women can be nasty too, LBT women need to protect themselves as well.
