Okay so, I have this possibly helpful tip/product for trans guys. I know it might seem like a small thing but often with trans dudes the smallest things can make a huge difference.
So, basically I found these underwear (made by Hanes) that are technically women’s underwear but they just look like boxers. (heres a picture)
Now, the reason I’m highly recommending these is because they’re made to fit a female body. The inside even has a place you can put a pad so you don’t have to wear those girly panties for a week each month (if that applies to you, it’s a definite plus). Not to mention they’re affordable (i found a two-pack on sale for 5$) and, since they’re technically women’s underwear, it might be easier to slide by the lesser-supportive parents and the like.
Again, this seems like a really small and dumb thing, but dysphoria’s a bitch and I know y’all just want somethin’ comfy between you and those jeans.

I will say that some third genders in cultures are transphobic, homophobic, and/or intersexist. But that doesn’t mean they didn’t play a big part in the culture.
The reason it’s racist is because by believing in only 2 genders you are actively erasing people of colors genders.
Some people still choose to identify as those genders to this day, because it’s a huge part of their culture. I’m jewish, and I’d consider myself an androgynos. Just because it was something that in the past was used to alienate gnc people, doesn’t mean it’s not something that can be reclaimed and celebrated.

You don’t understand why the concept of third gender is so offensive to most POC LGBT people, and are calling them bigots for rightfully being outraged at forced labels.
No matter what culture you’re from it’s NOT something to celebrate at all. Gender binary is not a western idea and to say so is insulting.
Forced labels are bad. Embracing labels is good. I know people who willingfully identify as third genders that have been considered oppressive in the past to sort of reclaim it.
I’m still critical of the genders in Judaism and how they were treated in the past. I don’t just praise all third genders.
And uh the gender binary is a very western/colonial idea.
Also, any gender can be forced onto people. The label of “woman” can be forced on a trans man or vice versa. Doesn’t mean the label of man or woman is inherently oppressive on its own, although it can be.
I am bi and POC living in India where I see first hand how transgenders are treated and I’m literally telling you why third genders are offensive but you’re putting fingers in your ears.
Gender binary is the reason why third genders existed. Because if you behaved this way you were a “freak” and “not really Male/female.” It is not something to be proud of. Transgender people and NB people in my part of India are called Ali or Number 9 and those terms are INSULTING. Being neither Male nor female is considered an INSULT.
Only after the research about gender dysphoria and surgery came out with regards to trans women did treatment get better. Thanks to your so called “colonial” concepts (in reality science) transgender rights actually made progress here.
