Migration is the answer to Western decadence, when westerners refuse to work in sewers or even mow their own lawns for that matter, the powers that be will import millions of Syrian/Mexican immigrants in the hopes that at least 1/10th of them will work the shitty jobs that fat lazy westerners are unwilling to work. Decadence has consequences, the Roman Empire would’ve fixed this problem through slavery but we abolished it so that’s not an option.

The problem has never been that citizens are unwilling to do unpleasant jobs. The problem is that corporations want to avoid paying decent wages or giving any kind of benefits, and citizens know their rights but people who are here illegally can’t complain when you pay them fifty cents an hour for 12 hours shifts and infect them with various things for the lulz.
