HG at least had a good concept and world building. Twilight also had potential to be good but botched it badly.

@ The idiots bring up pedophilia you clearly didn’t read the books if you think it was a sexual. The way the bond works for the shifters is they become protectors for their bonded partner yes they love them but in whatever way they need at the time. So if the bonded partner is a baby the shifter is a nanny. This also doesn’t mean they’ll ever be a couple they could be friends forever.
That’s not much better tbh, I mean would you want to marry the person who was your father figure when you were young? I doubt it.
And the book even says you feel whatever love is appropriate for their age using father -> brother -> lover as a progression.
Idk whether to call that pedo or not but that’s still creepy af.
