Not being who you think you are doesn’t necessarily mean you’re a shitty person, it could simply mean that you’re not the catch that you see yourself as in the eyes of the type of people you’re attracted to.
We are talking about girls who are messy, very likely abuse their own boyfriends, have 16 baby daddies, have some kind of drug problem, only go for “bad boys”, etc. and then cry about there being “no good men anymore”.
