The Disney Princesses were only introduced in the last draft of the script. There was originally more of a focus on the original characters allowing them to express more development from the end of the first movie. It used to have a much better ending that didn’t derail Vanellope.

The mission says collect 230 Mimi jelly in a single run but the most you can get with the stats you’re given is 228
And you can’t level up Mimi with spirit potions so all you can do is throw money to the Gatcha God and hope for the best.
