why are some teachers so insistantly aggressive about punishing children for having interests they dont understand?
I remember this shit happening while I was still in school too where anything that was really popular among young boys was instantly labelled a distraction that you could be punished for. pokemon, yu-gi-oh, beyblades, all of them were banned very quickly from my school and I remember on numerous occassions teachers calling them stupid and pointless and going on tangents about how they dont let their children engage in interests like that because it rots your brain. what was the deal? And the main excuse would always be that it was a distraction. Like yeah thats the point pricipal dr.deepshit, children cant be expected to be 100% focussed on their schoolwork for 8 hours a day. they need to have outlets to blow off steam because school is fucking hard. let kids like things you stank asses.
The LGBT community has worked it’s ass off to make it known that sexuality is not a choice.
Fast foward to 2018 and ya’ll are out here mocking people for being straight, asking them why they would be that way, spewing reasons why being straight is apparently gross, and that being LGBT is so much better.

– straights have never EVER had to fight for their rights to be seen as human beings.
– being straight was and has never been criminalized nor was ever a reason to be imprisoned.

What are you guys talking about? That term is meant to describe the pressure men are put under to preform in a “manly way” consantly. It’s meant to protect men and give them room to show emotion and not always be so competitive. It must be mis-used because it’s not meant to insult men at all.
It’s used by people with a sexist, distorted idea of what men’s lives are like to avoid using the term “sexism”.
Also, the movement that uses “toxic masculinity” also complains about “mansplaining” when men correct them, and has gone out of it’s way on multiple continents to shut up men and women who want to talk about men’s issues, up to and including breaking the law. It’s also falsely blamed mass murders on “toxic masculinity” – and those groups that want to talk about men’s issues – often before anyone on Earth knew what motivated a shooting.
In one particular case with Anita Sarkeesian, she did it the afternoon of the shooting. To this day, three years later, no one has ever figured out what motivated Jaylen Fryberg.
Not to mention the Wonder Woman scandal, where a certain theatre wanted a woman-only showing, and many people said “isn’t that sexist? And illegal?” and feminists just called the critics whiny, entitled men. The theatre got in trouble for discrimination, and for some reason feminists didn’t talk about that as much.
Or #MeToo and the Kavanaugh case; any man who said he was worried about being mistaken for a sexual predator – even Henry Cavill – was clearly a sexual predator. Or a paranoid idiot.
Or how many feminist guides for male allies tell men to sit down, shut up, and do what women tell them. Their only expressed opinions on gender issues should be fed to them by feminist women.
So excuse me if I sideeye when feminists claim they totally want men to express themselves “healthily”.
