It doesn’t matter that Kylo’s entire lower side is burning to death, the fact is to him that he failed and wasn’t able to stand up, to reign in his ‘sentiments’ in time to defeat and capture Rey. This a is failure and not an understable human frailty. Everything is his fault. Its all a zero sum game for Snoke. Either Kylo wins or he is a loser and hence weak and there is no place for human frailty and weaknesses or “excuses”. It also comes back to how abuse victims like to take control of their situation by taking blame for things which aren’t their fault (which i discussed in my older musings) and Snoke’s tendency to validate that self confidence eroding mental litany keeps Kylo on the cycle of such toxic mentality about himself.

Kylo is walking talking pressure cooker. No wonder small failures pertaining to things which are important to him used to set him off to machinery destroying episodes of rage.

That is exactly why I dont like the Kylo liked that Rey kicked his ass jokes. They… are not really funny?
