Hello Kitty Event Help???

I wonder if anyone else is having this problem but the memory 2 section 3 level appears to be rigged.

The mission says collect 230 Mimi jelly in a single run but the most you can get with the stats you’re given is 228

And you can’t level up Mimi with spirit potions so all you can do is throw money to the Gatcha God and hope for the best.

How do I level up Mimi without burning a hole in my real life wallet??
