ppl referring to dead gay people from the 20s/30s/40s/50s and etc as “queer” is so fucking insulting because we all know that queer was exclusively used as a slur back then. there was no such thing as reclaiming it, and even if it did, it would be pretty rare. say gay. say lesbian. say bi. it’s not that hard.
