Let’s be real, the argument that Momo’s superpower was itself a problem was because people kept trying to “improve” her outfit but their redesigns kept getting shot down by people pointing out she can’t just go around with random patches of skin exposed, they specifically have to be areas with large fat deposits so she can utilize the most lipids while also being easy to access and where she can best see what she’s making (i.e. breasts and stomach).

It was only AFTER this got run into the ground by critics that people started to insist her power was itself bad and sexual because uh…..it involved her skin? Funny how no one makes similar complaints about Midnight who literally built her whole schtick around BDSM, Kirishima whose Quirk is literally getting hard*, or Mineta who has big juicy balls that he has used to sexually harass his classmates with*.

*as in, he hardens his skin, but this also means he’s barely wearing anything on top and his hero costume is pretty fanservicey for a 15-year-old. Also it’s WAY too easy to make dick jokes
