How about we get rid of affirmative action because it’s racist and sexist in itself?
The only fair thing is to look at results without sex or race. Accomplishment driven recruitment only, whether in the work force or in universities, is the truest and least racist way to reward excellence.

Affirmative action should exist, but it should not be based on race.
First of all, it puts minority groups in a hierarchy and pits them against each other. SECOND OF ALL the people who actually need help (below poverty line, disabilities) are denied it, while the people who didn’t need it at all get it.
Under affirmative action, a rich Black guy living in a fancy house is more likely to get a college seat than a poor White guy in a trailer park. And also, affirmative action screws over South and East Asians, who despite being minorities, aren’t just scrutinized like White people… THEIR SCORES ARE REDUCED. THE COMPUTERS LITERALLY DOCK 100 POINTS ON SAT FOR ASIANS BY DEFAULT.
Affirmative action should be based on annual household income, that way it helps the people who really need it.
