There’s a 10% sentencing gap between whites and blacks for the same crimes. There is a 60% sentencing gap between men and women for the same crimes. Why is one called racism and always invoked, and the other called “justice”, not sexism, and never even acknowledged? And false accusations are not punishable by law.

Brian Banks was falsely accused of rape by a black girl who knew she could get away with it and the only reason he was exonerated was because he recorded her saying she lied. They are not the same. Brock Turner’s sentence was waaaaay too light and so is a miscarriage of justice. But to even compare rapist Brock and the innocent af Brian is wrong. Besides.. Brock has money and connections. He’s rich. Rich folk get away with shit. That Saudi prince rapist got off a rape charge and nothing about him is white.

The US justice system needs work and cannot be left to people prejudices. These death sentences were a result of prejudice and a need to close a case. I know who that person meant. Something Yarris.

Jessie williams tries so hard….

I’m sure comparing a single black guy to a single black guy proves…something.

Also, the judge in the Turner case got fired – the first judge to be recalled since 1932 –  so he clearly doesn’t reflect the general sentiment.

Brock Turner was also convicted of sexual assault and not rape – his act was not classified as rape at the time of conviction in that state. 3 months for sexual assault – still disgusting but he wasn’t convicted of rape. Not really the best comparison to make.

Still Black men suffer from false rape accusations at a higher rate than White men, that’s a very valid point. And one that most of liberal groups because they think false rape accusations are okay and don’t matter.
