So when is the all-female Lord of the Flies movie coming? I’m serious I wanna see it. I WANNA FUCKING SEE IT YOU COWARDS!

You want to see a bunch of young girls fight each other to the death just because they’re abandoned on an island? Shouldn’t you want to leave that as the male legacy?

Women can be as nasty as men. We just do it differently. But even we will escalate to physical violence. Clicks, hierarchy, manipulation, the status quo, gossip and the subsequent fighting. I would love to see how a group of schoolgirls would react to everything because while it would naturally be different then schoolboys, it’s gonna be just as nasty.

Women are neither saints nor whores. We are complex and capable of great good and evil. That was the whole point of the original Lord of the Flies; to see how far males can descend. So in the spirit of both egalitarianism and entertainment I wanna see how girls would fair. If that twists your britches that’s your own problem.

Also? “Shouldn’t you want to leave that as the male legacy?” Please. Don’t even. Take your misandery somewhere else cause I’m not swallowing.
