Let me translate:  “I automatically dismiss what people say because of their sex and sexual orientation.  I believe what they actually have to say, regardless of what it is, is of no merit.  The irony of all of this is completely lost on me.  I am like this because I am mentally retarded and have a diseased soul.  I will never do anything worthwhile or make the world a better place to live in.”
