I don’t know where people live where a whole chicken is 20 fuckin dollars, but here I can get one of those for 5 bucks tops. Or you could get a whole cooked rotisserie chicken for like three. There’s also the fact that healthy food isn’t always brown rice and soy milk and shit. In fact, skip those and buy some beef sticks to snack on instead. Buy frozen chicken breasts instead of a whole chicken- cheaper and easier to prepare. Don’t buy prepackaged fruits or vegetables. Buy frozen vegetables, again cheap and easy to prepare but still healthy. Cheese is also a good snack food to buy, filling and full of protein. Buy string cheese instead of a box of crackers. Recipes and cooking tips are readily available online. Investing in a slow cooker is always worthwhile too.

People really be out there thinking the only healthy food is expensive ass kale and quinoa and soy from Whole Foods
