Poc as a term is less than useless and if you want evidence look at literally any anime discussion on this site
The reason I say this is because people will watch an anime with characters named “Izuku Midoriya” or “Hajime Kindaichi” and then say “Hmm there’s no poc in this anime :/”
Well, that’s because ‘poc’ really means ‘black’–unless it’s advantageous to use another culture as a bludgeon to shut people up.
