It was revisited in 2013, but i do not believe it passed.

Women who force sex on men and boys are not considered rapists by law and cannot be punished nearly as harshly. Isreal is (at least last time i checked) the only country with gendered sexual assault laws (as in men cannot legally be victims of even sexual assault). Women who commit sex crimes are charged with “indecent acts”, which offers a signifigantly lower sentece than the actual (male version) crime. Some acts receive no notable punishment other than public shaming. And their victims do not receive the same services as women in ghe same position… the last part actually being pretty common all over the world.

The same thing happened in India and it had a direct hand in LGBT being re criminalized a year later, so that men who raped men could be convicted under “homosexual acts.” 

Support female rapists –> persecute the LGBT community. Nice one Indian feminists. Nice one.
