i don’t like rebecca sugar and i think her show is dumb and bad but uh. calling a woman that’s descended from holocaust survivors a nazi sympathizer cause of convoluted logic wherein the young optimistic boy doesn’t want to brutally murder the alien rock people that you dislike is fucked up.
Weird how the same people calling Rebecca Sugar a Nazi sympathizer for not having Steven shatter the Homeworld Gems are probably calling Goblin Slayer fascist because the MC says “The only good goblins are the ones who stay in their stinkin’ holes,”

Just because a kids show is teaching children to LOVE instead of continuing an endless cycle of violence and war doesn’t make it a nazi sympathizer cartoon.
I haven’t seen Steven universe since the episode with his uncle. But Rebecca’s messages are loud and clear.
Love is a hard thing to do. It’s hard thing to spread and grow in a world filled with nothing but hate.
