In a perfect world, if an adult fantasizes about raping a child and sees nothing wrong with that, the child’s father is legally obligated to stomp on the pedophile’s chest until their sternum touches their spine
This is exactly the same thing that was said about homosexuality being innately sinful.
People should not be punished for what they can’t change and haven’t chosen.

Can everybody chill for a damn minute? Maybe we should both be able to recognize that people with unethical sexual attractions don’t choose them, and they aren’t horrible people just for having them. It shouldn’t be shameful for a pedophile to be able to recognize that they are one, and seek help in changing their attractions.
Guess what. There isn’t a single person who has ever walked the earth that hasn’t had a desire to do something evil. It’s a part of human nature. We should support and try to correct each other instead of jumping right to “let’s murder somebody because they guiltlessly have twisted sexual fantasies.”

Good point. If there are pedophiles who don’t want to act on their urges and want help, then they absolutely should get therapy.
If a pedophile wants to get help and not be around children then yes they should be encouraged in that direction.
If a pedophile KNOWS that they’re a pedophile and refuses to seek therapy AND brags about it… yeah they can choke.
