Trans women aren’t trans because they choose to be women, they are trans because their brains expect their bodies to have boobs and a vagina and produce estrogen… BUT THEY AREN’T. This disconnect between the kind of body the brain is coded to be optimised for and the body they actually have causes them pain, that’s why they’re trans. It has ZERO to do with gender roles or “identifying with oppression.” They can’t control it, much like how you can’t control being gay or bi, and how those have nothing to do with gender roles ether.
